We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing, Communications & Ecom department. The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent digital experiences, bringing our Russell & Bromley brand proposition to life online in an engaging and elevated way. Your work will include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for both web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and contributing to the success of our online flagship store.

About the Role
* Balance brand guardianship, innovation, and usability to ensure our website is a premium Russell & Bromley touchpoint that encourages exploration, conversion, and return visits.
* Work closely with creatives, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile devices.
* Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
* Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyse feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
* Maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
* Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to design work.
* Collaborate with merchandising and creative teams to constantly challenge and innovate.
About You
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
* A qualification in UX/UI or Design.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design capabilities across a variety of projects.
* Understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, alongside strong attention to detail.
* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that balance brand and business goals.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience with animation and transitions in UI design.
* Familiarity with using analytics tools to inform design decisions.
