You will be working for a public sector organisation who inspects education and training in Wales. The organisation is located close to the city centre so is accessible via public transport links and also offers on-site parking for staff.
Your new role
1. Setting up and deleting core inspection and follow-up Virtual Inspection Rooms
2. Providing technical support for the Virtual Inspection Room (VIR) to providers and inspection teams, problem-solving any issues
3. Administering the follow-up process for providers in line with organisation guidance
4. Responding to all administration queries for follow-up visits and other inspection related queries
5. Developing and reviewing documents associated with the follow-up process
6. Inputting data from questionnaires
7. Supporting and providing cover for other Inspection Support Officers where required
What you'll need to succeed
8. Have goodmunication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
9. Organised with good time management skills and able to managepeting priorities to ensure the timely delivery of information.
10. Can prioritise tasks, work accurately and ensure that tasks arepleted within agreed timescales.
11. Are approachable and able to form effective working relationships.
12. Are able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
13. Have a positive and focused attitude to achieving oues.
What you'll get in return
You'll join a great team on a temporary basis until September 2024 and earn a rate of £ per hour. The organisation offers hybrid working, there is a requirement to work in the office every Thursday, with flexibility on working from home days.
