Thet are seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join their Residential Property team at the firm’s Canterbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to handle a varied caseload and play a vital role in a busy, expanding department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
* Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
* Engaging in business development and networking to build client relationships.
