Our Employee Benefits division provides employee benefits advice, consultancy, and support to clients of all types and sizes, from workplace pensions and group risk to staff communications. We now have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join the team.

The role
As an administrator, you will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables our Planners to maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver an outstanding service to its customers.
Key aspects of the role will include:
* Liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications, and tracking to completion.
* Processing both group risk renewals and arranging group pension annual review meetings.
* Ensuring that client records are kept up to date and accurate.
* Booking client meetings and appointments.
* Preparing documentation, client reports, and annual review correspondence.
You will need:
* Experience in a fast-paced financial services administration role.
* Some experience of group protection/group pensions administration is preferable.
* Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
