Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, with an early finish at 12:30 PM on Fridays

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of paint application on components. Your responsibilities will include:
Following technical paint instructions/processes meticulously Meeting production targets consistently Applying prime finish and top finish coatings proficiently Efficiently loading/unloading components Performing associated paint/processing functions/processes diligently Demonstrating initiative in problem-solving Reporting unresolved issues promptly to the line manager Sharing technical knowledge with team members Participating in external audits (e.g., Nadcap, BSI, customers) and internal process improvement programmes Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and documents accurately Familiarity with AS9100/Nadcap standards Knowledge of first-off inspection proceduresEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Spraying skills are required, with training provided as necessary; attention to detail is crucial Adhering strictly to production, safety, and quality procedures Completing daily compliance checks meticulously Understanding of AS9100 and, where applicable, Nadcap Numerical proficiency Experience in aerospace/automotive paint spraying with knowledge of paint application procedures Ability to work accurately with keen attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in a similar role within the aerospace or automotive industry Knowledge of additional coating technologies and applicationsTechnologies:
Training will be provided as necessary in the organisation's specific coating technologies and application systems.
