POSITION: Teaching Assistant – SATS support - Year 6
SCHOOL: OUTSTANDING Primary School

TRANSPORT: Short walk to Northern and Piccadilly Line Stations
CANDIDATE: Confident, creative with knowledge of KS2
QUALIFICATIONS: 1st Class or 2:1 Degree
START DATE: ASAP Start until at least July 2024, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
An Outstanding Camden Primary School requires a Teaching Assistant to support SATS preparation across Year 6. This position focuses on working with lower ability children who need support in their SATS preparation.
Our client Primary School is extremely passionate about ensuring children are supported throughout their learning and are given the best possible chance at success. Therefore, the ideal candidate needs to have a strong personality and knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, as well as an approachable, trusting demeanour.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Teaching Assistant – SATS Support
* Providing KS2 SATS support
* ASAP start
* Full time – until at least the end of the academic year
* Supporting Year 6 children with SATS revision
* Working with some mild SEN
* Ideal for future Primary Teachers!
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: English Teaching Assistant
* 1st Class or 2:1 Degree
* Creative, driven and strong-minded
* Able to work well within a team
* An interest in working with children/in education
* High standards of Maths and English
* Previous experience working with children or education preferable
