Summary Responsible for the assist in ordering, deliveries, and processing invoices Typical Duties Sends orders to vendors, supports with negotiations, communicates with vendors, tracks and manages order issues and coordinates on-time deliveries Selects correct vendors to places orders and arranges for inbound delivery paperwork. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates. Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters. Maintains files and reports as required for ordering and shipping. Processing invoices and other bills / receipts, entering data into accounting software, maintaining bookkeeping files May assist in paperwork for inbound delivery and outbound delivery May assist in international import/export paperwork Performs related job duties as required. Typical Requirements Education : Associates or accredited certification in procurement / bookkeeping or relevant certification Skills and Experience : Two to three years of relevant experience, efficient in using computers, technology and Microsoft 365, highly proficient in English (verbal/written) Time : Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm / Attire : Mon-Fri Business Casual Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
