You’ll assist with lesson delivery, provide one-to-one support to students, and help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. We have a wide range of flexible roles available, from part-time placements to ad-hoc positions, allowing you to work the days that suit you. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery. - Support students with their individual learning needs, both in groups and one-to-one. - Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources. - Encourage positive behavior and provide emotional and social support to students. - Promote inclusivity and support children with additional needs where required. - Build strong relationships with students and staff to create a productive learning environment.
