Evolution Safety Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Health & Safety Administrator to join our team. This role is based in Abercynon and you will be based in our offices there. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with accreditations and certifications related to health and safety standards.
Writing and compiling comprehensive risk assessments and method statements.
Developing and maintaining online safety documents and resources.
Assisting in performing COSHH assessments and supporting hazardous substances management.
Coordinating and supporting compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in the UK.
Helping to prepare and participate in site inspections and audits as required.
Keeping up to date with updates to health and safety legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
Hold a minimum of IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.
Previous experience or exposure to risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH assessments.
Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
