The Opportunity
Leep are growing rapidly and the desire to integrate, automate and improve is deeply embedded within the company culture. A large change programme has been developed for the next 3-5 years, seeing most core systems merged, integrated or replaced in this period. To ensure we maximise the value and effectiveness of these plans, an in house, experienced, and details orientated project manager is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
* Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Monitor, track and report project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to best practices and regulations is maintained in our regulated business.
* Track and manage budgets, vendor and partner relationships where necessary.
* Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and lessons learned, feeding back into future projects.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security regulations.
About You
* A strong record - Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within a fast-paced business.
* You know what works - Thorough knowledge of project management best practices, with a passion for demonstrating and implementing such practices within an organisation.
* Familiar with the tools and certified - Proficiency with programme and project management tools e.g. Microsoft Project. Relevant certifications e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master are a plus.
* You solve problems - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You get the most from others - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Rounded knowledge - Experience with CRM, GIS, CAFM and ERP implementation and integrations is desirable.
