As a Senior Food and Beverage Manager, you will be assisting the Director of Food and Beverage and responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments, including our Banquet department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to: · Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. · Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. · Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. · Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff. The following outlines the required qualifications for the Senior Food & Beverage Manager: · Prior Restaurant Management experience in an upscale fine dining environment. · Significant beverage knowledge. · No less than 3-5 years of substantial work experience at the level of General Manager. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: · Prior Restaurant Management experience in a Forbes 5-Star hotel or equivalent. · Committed to delivering high levels of customer service · High level of IT proficiency What are we looking for?
