RE-DEFINED operates flex workspaces within a variety of clients buildings. Services range from design and build to marketing and lettings, and of course pure operations; onboarding occupiers and delivering great services to occupiers, their staff and guests.
While RE-DEFINED operates in many MAPP managed buildings, it also operates in those with other property managers in place, and as a result RE-DEFINED is growing rapidly, and we are hiring!

Who Does This Role Report Into? Regional General Manager / Partner
Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
A Regional Manager is sought to help set up and oversee the operations of RE-DEFINED's centres. The centres will vary in size, sometimes a floor, sometimes a whole building. This person should have at least 3 years on the ground operational experience in a flexible workspace (i.e. coworking centre), multi-let business space or Property Manager or similar.
Responsibilities:
* Occupier satisfaction
* On-boarding
* Recruitment and team management
* Supplier relationships
* Sales performance (and agent and broker relationship)
* Implementing flex processes
* Overview of the centres' P&L
* Safety and compliance
* Spotting opportunities in the marketplace to widen the RE-DEFINED offer and services
This role will work closely and be supported by James Friedenthal and the Partners at RE-DEFINED, as well as the RE-DEFINED Head of Operations and RE-DEFINED FM & Mobilisation Manager and Sales Manager, as well as the MAPP FM and PM teams.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* At least 3 years on the ground operational experience within a multi-let/multi-site portfolio or property agency/management background
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range: GBP 35,000 - GBP 38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
