I am proud to be working in partnership with an established Industrial Recruitment Agency and due to year-on-year growth, are looking to expand the team by adding an additional recruitment consultant to their Exeter office.

Industrial recruitment is fast-paced and you will need to be able to manage multiple tasks whilst ensuring targets are hit. As an Industrial Consultant you will work on semi-skilled and skilled roles across various manufacturing companies.
You will also be required to answer out-of-hours calls due to some clients running 24-hour operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates by writing impactful adverts and sourcing CV sites.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
* Placement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
* Business Development: Carry out sales calls to prospective clients to gain new business and arrange meetings.
What we need from you:
* Proactive approach to sales and recruitment.
* Experience working in a temps market, ideally industrial but other sectors considered.
* Ability to manage an on-call phone – manufacturing is a 24-hour operation and bookings may need filling out of hours.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume role.
