The post holder will lead programmes of change and innovation that address identified clinical and operational priorities across the organisation. They will be required to interpret, identify and implement potential organisational and service changes for the Trust.

Main duties of the job
* Responsible for delivery of Quality Improvement programmes across the Trust that objectively and subjectively demonstrate improved levels of quality as well as more financially efficient.
* Responsible for supporting the development of the annual Quality Account and ensuring priorities within the Account are progressed and delivered upon.
* Responsible for overseeing progress against the Trust's Quality Strategy objectives.
* Responsible for the management of the Quality Improvement Team.
* Responsible for appropriately managing the Quality Improvement Team budget.
* Responsible for representing the Trust internally and externally as the Trust lead for Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism (A), and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND).

Person Specification
Training and Qualifications
* Registered Health Professional.
* Relevant first degree and/or Masters degree/Post-Graduate qualification in health/social care or equivalent experience in healthcare.
* Evidence of leadership development/qualification.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience
* Able to illustrate ability to work with other professionals from the multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience of leading complex and dynamic quality improvement successfully.
* Experience of CQC or other external regular assessments and reviews.
Knowledge
* Well-developed leadership skills, tools, and techniques in a number of areas and the ability to adapt and adjust style to meet the needs of a situation.
* Excellent communication skills to wide and varied audiences.
* Knowledge of quality Improvement tools.
* Has the skills to produce timely and informative high-level reports.
Other
* Ability to meet the travel needs of the post.
