We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for a permanent position in London reporting to the E-commerce Director. The purpose of the role will be to lead the Amazon team to deliver the strategy for our European Amazon 3P business, by driving revenue and profit growth across all GPN brands in line with GPN's EU strategy Responsibilities Amazon Strategy
* Lead the Amazon 3P commercial strategy to create growth plans for all GPN brands distributed on Amazon
Sales Performance
* Maximize revenue & profit of the Amazon EU business
* Collaborate closely with our Retail Media team to drive performance of GPNs brand across the Amazon EU platforms ensuring we have brilliantly coordinated commercial plans with a strong ROAS
* Design & own the promotional and activation plan, in particular for key Tier 1 events
Portfolio Optimisation
* Actively manage optimum product range for Amazon vs. offline retailers
* Own and constantly optimize PDPs through data-led insight and working closely with our content agency
* Manage performance and improvement of the digital shelf on Amazon EU
Insight & Analytics
* Use digital shelf tools to inform and improve performance
* Provide consumer and trend insights to the business on how consumers are shopping range / category
Business Planning
* Provide input and sign off on all aspects of the Amazon EU forecast and financial delivery
* Ensure close alignment on plans & performance with GPNs global teams working across the Amazon business, specifically Amazon UK and North America
3+ years working with Amazon in a commercial capacity or 5 years across other eCommerce channels
* Demonstrated track record of building and delivering an effective retail growth strategy
* Experience managing a brand on Amazon
* Hands on experience of operating in Amazon 3P environment a bonus
* Demonstrated leadership experience either as a direct or dotted line manager or mentor
* Analytical mindset focused on generating value across all aspects of the marketing mix
* Customer-centric with a clear focus on shoppers needs & behaviours
* Curious with the willingness to continually learn
* Team player, self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious
* Strong project management skills
