Join one of the UK’s largest Facilities Maintenance Companies, serving Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare, and Educational sectors. They are seeking a Business Unit Coordinator for their Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and qualify new opportunities; monitor Contracts Finder and TED for tenders
Maintain the Business Development target matrix
Create Bid/No-Bid documents; support tender submissions
2. Bid Writing
Research and prepare SSQ, ITT, and proposal documents with the BDM
Develop and maintain best practice case studies
3. Sales Support
Create PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral
Ensure stock of promotional materials
4. Business Unit Director Support
Manage BUD’s calendar; schedule meetings and events
Handle day-to-day admin, including expense reports and tracking
5. Office Management
Order supplies, process invoices, and record staff absences
Update Shared Drive and Teams sites
