Job summary We are looking to recruit a Recruitment and Appointments Team Leader. The post holder will provide a high quality and effective recruitment service. Providing professional advice and support to managers and staff across the Trust on employment issues ensuring that advice is consistent with organisational policies, current employment legislation and good employment practice. Working with x2 Recruitment & Appointment Team Leaders, the post holder will assist to enhance the recruitment process to ensure it is as effective and efficient as possible. The post holder will be the first point of contact for the Trust and will therefore be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times. The post holder will also be responsible for the accurate maintenance of electronic HR systems. Main duties of the job To enable the Trust to deliver safe, accessible, high quality patient care by managing the Recruitment team to provide high quality, timely HR advice, support and interventions. The post holder will demonstrate role model leadership and will guide and work with the HR Services Manager to lead the recruitment team to enhance the recruitment process to ensure it is as effective and efficient as possible.
