Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Surveyor (Assets), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £33,834-£36,395 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Property Services Asset Team at CCHA as a Property Surveyor (Assets).
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:
1. Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline
2. Knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures
3. A positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering improvements to their homes
4. Experience or knowledge of the “Social Housing” sector
5. Understanding of construction health & safety legislation
6. Good communication skills capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems
