Our client is looking for a proactive and organized individual to take on a vital role in their parts department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Picking, packing, and dispatching parts promptly to meet customer needs.
* Unloading deliveries, ensuring parts are correctly booked in and stored.
* Assisting customers with parts enquiries in-store and over the phone, including identifying parts for customers and workshop staff.
* Supporting Service Engineers by ensuring they have the necessary parts for servicing and repairs.
* Performing stock-taking duties using computerized stock control system.
* Contributing to a smooth operation through general duties and maintaining a clean workspace
