You will get in and start cooking the food that has been prepped for you the day before - this could be cooking off sausages, mushrooms, bacon, hash browns and keeping them hot in preparation for the orders you will get. Breakfast service starts at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends so you have an hour to 'prep' before guests start coming in. Eggs are prepared to order and all food is plated by you in the kitchen (no chafing dishes). The friendly breakfast team front of house will take orders and deliver food and the Kitchen porter will wash up plates, pots and pans, so it is just the cooking that you would need to concentrate on. The closing date for applications is Friday 8th November. Successful applicants will be contacted by a member of the HR team initially to arrange a phone interview.
