The role:
Are you looking for a fresh challenge where you can showcase your caring and understanding nature? Our ShireLiving or supported housing facilities provide people over 55 years of age a safe, secure, and caring environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will become a key part of the team to deliver care and support to our residents. At Ashwood, we support approximately 20 people in one building who have active and independent lives, go out and about on their own or request support sometimes. We also have a lot of fun activities such as bingo or coffee mornings depending on the interests of our residents.
No two days are the same in this role where you will be involved in meal time support, personal care, administering medication, tenant support, health and safety checks, welfare checks, and ensuring all areas are maintained and well-presented.

What you will be doing:
* Delivering the best possible levels of care and tenant support to the people you support, to help the individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible
* Assisting potential residents with booking and coordinating viewings
* Respond to planned and emergency care requirements via an alarm system
* Everything you do within your role will provide flexible services that meet people’s needs, and support them to have choices about their own lives
* Shift Pattern: 06:45 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00
About you:
* You will enjoy working in harmony with the team proactively and collaboratively to ensure positive outcomes for our residents
* You will be someone who would embrace processes and procedures along with adding in a good measure of your creativity
* You will be open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
* As the shift patterns are based on our resident's changing needs, flexibility is required
