Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Kenilworth - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience (Full or Part Time)
My client is a leading and award-winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Warwickshire area. They are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor or conveyancer to join their busy team based in Kenilworth.
Within this role, the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion. A natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport-building skills are a must. This role involves dealing with buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion, checking chains, and liaising with all agents in the chain above and below, as well as dealing with solicitors/conveyancers. You must have experience in dealing with sale advice and knowledge of how to handle survey issues, down valuations, etc.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Progressor Role:
1. Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
2. Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors
3. Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
Essential Skills Required:
1. Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is essential
2. Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
3. A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organisation skills
4. A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (PART TIME CONSIDERED 3 FULL DAYS)
