Title: Fitness & Wellbeing Assistant Manager
Salary: Up to £33,000
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Assistant Manager at Sodexo, you are also a motivator and a champion of health and vitality. What you’ll do:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the health and wellbeing facility, including conducting inductions, one-to-one sessions, and fitness classes.
Promote health and wellness site-wide, introducing initiatives like energiser sessions, group exercises, and sports activities.
Provide and manage a diverse class timetable (live and virtual) to suit various fitness levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining the facility and equipment to the highest standards.
Use social media and internal communication platforms to engage the community and raise awareness of health initiatives.
What you bring:
Experience in managing health and wellbeing facilities with a strong focus on customer service.
Relevant qualifications in fitness instruction and health promotion (e.g., REPs certification).
A passion for promoting active lifestyles and creating engaging fitness programs.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in delivering exceptional wellbeing services.
