We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator. You'll be working Monday to Friday, with no weekend or Bank holiday working required. Interviews will be the week of 10th February. What it's like to work here: You'll report to the Business Services Manager. Your contractual location will be our regional offices at Hughenden and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you'll be doing: The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. The regional team have a variety of roles including supporting our properties in procurement; working with internal specialists on a variety of tasks; archiving and excellent records management; diary management and systems support. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business services and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something. This role will be part of the Regional purchasing team and will also support the running of the Hughenden offices including conducting archiving of files onsite.
