We are looking for an Agricultural Contracting Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Ingham on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide a high level of professionalism through excellent customer service alongside a high level of attention to detail. You will use your own initiative to ensure operational efficiently whilst always remaining safe, legal and compliant. During our peak season this role will involve additional hours. Flexible approach to variety of tasks. Ability to work well as part of a team or on own initiative. Communicate appropriately with both internal and external stakeholders. PA1 & PA2 qualified although full training will be given. Your Role As an Agricultural Contracting Operative your role will involve: Supporting Sprayer operations through movement of liquid fertiliser and water using tractor and bowser, crop protection deliveries, and movement of equipment and parts Completing in-field soil sampling using quad bike and associated equipment Performing duties as a relief sprayer operator Other duties such as potato haulm flailing and potato fogging Supporting other sites as required across the region About Us Frontier is a successful and growing business.
