Global Business Development - Retained Search
My client is seeking a global business development consultant to sell retained search solutions to Tech and Software companies that are expanding and growing a foot print across Europe. They have an excellent track record of helping clients enter new markets typically placing Country managers, sales Directors, marketing, operations and product talent. Profiling target clients through LinkedIn, database and other sources
- Negotiate and close Retained and Contingency projects
- Account Management and collaboration with Resourcing team to deliver on projects
If coming from a recruitment background you will have experience winning new business
