Job Advert We have a fantastic opportunity for a support worker to join us. Driver not essential but desirable. You will be working in our supported living service helping to support three individuals and both in the home and in the community. Our team promotes person centred support and promotion of independence and choice. Working in a team of 4 support workers. You must be willing to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns, shifts will include, Sleep overs including weekends and bank holidays. Your support will contribute to maximising the independent living skills for the people we support. You will provide support with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, finances as well as 1:1 Support for shopping, cinema outings and other leisure activities throughout the day and evening. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. This is a hugely rewarding role.
