What skills and experience we're looking for
Norbriggs Primary School are seeking an experienced Headteacher, with a strong track record in leadership and core learning. The position becomes vacant in September 2025 following the retirement of the current Head.
We are looking for someone who:
• can further develop our ethos where everyone’s contribution is valued, and individuals are encouraged to succeed
• can build and articulate our shared vision and engage people to secure a successful future
• can raise the aspirations and achievementof all our pupils and staff, including those children with SEND
• can work effectively with a varietyof stakeholders in the communityand at local authority level and
• is committed to, and has a vision for ensuring inclusion and diversity
