IT Support Analyst Bristol, Avon (Hybrid-Working) c£180 per day 3 month contract The Opportunity: My client are a managed service provider currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a short term contract for 3 months. The role’s key focus area is to provide technical stability and great IT customer service to their teams and customers and help the business to continue to grow. They have an updated technology roadmap and are focusing on overhauling and modernising their systems and will be further developing their digital strategy. Skills and Experience: Proven experience working within an IT Support environment ideally within in a 1st / 2nd Line role Responsible for logging, assignment and timely resolution of incidents, Problems and service requests escalating where necessary Proactively identify and propose opportunities to improve IT offerings to the end user Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS and Active Directory administration Experience in managing Cloud technologies such as Office 365, including Exchange Online (with Advanced Threat Protection), SharePoint and Teams Experience with Windows and Apple Mac is highly desirable Please call and speak to John here at ISR to learn more about our respected client based in Bristol and their ongoing growth plans??
