My client, within the manufacturing sector, is currently hiring for an interim HR Business Partner to join their team. This position will encompass both strategic initiatives and generalist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out essential HR processes. Oversee recruitment efforts while driving internal talent development and succession planning initiatives. Manage the current annual appraisal system and ensure its smooth execution. Actively participate in and provide support for a variety of HR-related projects. Benefits & renumeration Role Requirements: A degree in HR or a CIPD qualification (L5 / L7).
