Key Responsibilities: Manage the school’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for review by senior leadership. Work closely with the Headteacher, Board of Governors, and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance. Monitor and control school expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources. Ensure financial policies and procedures are effectively implemented and updated. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in financial management, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of school funding and financial regulations is an advantage
