Registered Home Manager (Residential Care)
Salary: £40,000 | 40 Hours per week

As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the service, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-quality care environment. You will lead and inspire your team, drive continuous improvements, and ensure the home operates in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
What You’ll Need
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), demonstrating expertise in residential care management
* Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a residential or specialist care setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a compassionate and skilled workforce
* In-depth knowledge of autism care, person-centred support, and best practices in residential care
* A thorough understanding of CQC regulations, ensuring full compliance and delivery of outstanding care
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care home, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery
* Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, tailored to the individual needs of residents with autism
* Maintain full regulatory compliance with CQC and other governing bodies, upholding best practices in care and safeguarding
* Develop and implement care plans and strategies that promote independence, dignity, and well-being
* Build strong relationships with families, external professionals, and stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to care
* Drive continuous service improvements, identifying areas for development and implementing best practices
