Job Description:Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional service? We are currently seeking an Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain data relating to all vehicle accident claims.
Support the recovery and quantification of the company's own vehicle damage costs.
Review, collate, and track vehicle repair documentation.
Consult with internal operations both verbally and in writing, and with external claims handlers regarding the full costs of repairs.
Provide cover by liaising with operations to obtain information and documentation required by external claims handlers to assist with accident claims.
Analyse claim trends and provide reports to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of claims handling procedures.
Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of claims.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in insurance claims administration or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is desirable.
