We are seeking to recruit an exceptional classroom practitioner to fulfil the role of Associate Senior Leader. This is a fixed-term post for the spring and summer terms in 2025, designed to accelerate our journey from good to great. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and talented candidate to gain experience of working as part of our ambitious senior leadership team. It will provide an exciting CPDL experience.
The successful postholder will support the delivery of our strategic priorities, alongside our Year 11 Raising Achievement strategy. Our strategic priorities are as follows:
* Embed a set of pedagogical approaches that ensure that the planned curriculum is implemented consistently well in every classroom, supported by high quality CPDL and coaching (Instructional Excellence)
* Ensure that the delivery of the 490 strategy enables 'the 20%' in Years 7 and 8 to make accelerated progress in basics and reading
* Improve attendance so that it above the national average for all groups (age, gender, PP, SEND)
* Ensure that The Hub delivers exceptional outcomes for students at tier 4+ of the inclusion flowchart
* Personal development is outstanding by summer 2025
