Technical Sales Administrator required to join an esteemed facilities management company in their East Kilbride office.
1 year fixed term.
The Administrator will be organised, and detail orientated to thrive in this role.
The administrator will receive:

Administrator’s Responsibilities:
• Handling a significant volume of emails and allocate them to the appropriate departments.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Ensuring all quote requests are captured in our internal systems.
• Reporting:
o Create and maintain a spreadsheet of outstanding quotes.
o Generate monthly performance reports for the department.
o Compile reports on submitted quotes.
• Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor work.
Administrator must have:
