Consultant – HR Implementations
Our client a leading consultancy specializing in back-office service enablement a are seeking a consultant to join them on a permanent basis.
This role involves engaging with business stakeholders and project teams to provide strategic analysis and solution design, shaping the development of HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define future-state architecture with client stakeholders, including key considerations and design decisions
* Lead a technology workstream and support team members to deliver agreed outcomes
* Assess business requirements and map them to application functionality, recognizing functionality gaps and identifying solutions
* Participate in the Design Authority as a key core member to ensure relevant designs meet defined goals
* Ensure the overall quality of the solution
* Define, document, and educate key architecture principles and ways of working as a template for future projects/engagements
Qualifications:
* Experience in providing advisory services on cloud applications, including strategy, process, and delivery
* Deep understanding of solution design, including modern HR systems patterns and processes
* Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal; able to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences
