IT Support Technician
We are recruiting for an IT Support Technician for our client based between Leominster and Hereford on a full-time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless IT operations across the Group.

2. Working hours: Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

What you will be doing:
1. Provide second-line user support for office-based, remote, and mobile users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
2. Deploy, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Azure environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and Active Directory
3. Configure and support LAN networks, including switches, access points, and mobile devices
4. Monitor server infrastructure using specialised tools to ensure performance and security
5. Document IT processes and contribute to IT projects, improving system efficiency and reliability
What we are looking for:
1. BSc in computer science or relevant IT qualifications (preferred).
2. Experience in IT operations, with proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SCCM, and MDM tools
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams
4. Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to improve IT service delivery
5. Experience with network configuration, application deployment, and IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus
