The Role

Rather than the traditional model of multiple handovers, youll be thededicated point of contactfor clientsmanaging everything from initial discussions and policy placement to quarterly reviews, adjustments, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand & Advise:Get to the heart of MedTech clients' risk challenges and tailor solutions that fit their business model.
Design Bespoke Insurance Programs:Structure policies that align with each companys stagewhether theyre launching, scaling, or preparing for regulatory approval.
Highlight Gaps in Cover:Identify risks that fast-moving MedTech businesses may not have considered.
Navigate Complex Global Policies:Many MedTech firms operate internationallyensure compliance and robust coverage across jurisdictions.
Act as a Strategic Partner:Help clients understand risk beyond insuranceoffering insights that support their growth and resilience.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:Keep up with MedTech market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
What Were Looking For:
At least 3 years of commercial insurance broking experience, ideally in a Senior Handler/Advisor or Account Executive role.
Strong knowledge of core coverages Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Public & Products Liability, Employers Liability, Cyber, and Business Interruption.
Passion for working withinnovative, high-growth businesses.
Confidence in advisingfounders, investors, and executive teams tailoring insurance discussions to their unique needs.
A natural problem-solver, able to think on your feet and anticipate challenges.
Cert CII qualification an advantage, but willing to work towards.Acturis experience is a plus.
