My client is a forward-thinking start-up designed to shake up the Security Systems market within the UK. This is a spin out of an award winning security company on a mission to deliver innovative solutions and operational excellence using modern technology, across the UK and eventually, Europe.
Innovation is at the heart of this new start up, and they are seeking their first Sales Director to drive the growth of their brand and establish clients across multiple channels and markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling into conventional security and/or construction sectors focusing on technical deployments. You will be highly ambitious and driven, with a competitive approach to multi-channel selling.

Responsibilities
* Seek out major clients and form working relationships with buyers within all security sectors, technical and manned
* Responsible for delivering growth across all target markets
* Setting annual sales budgets
* Overseeing and managing the setup of a Sales Team
* Driving sales across the UK through consistent engagement with the client base
* Identifying valuable emerging markets.
* Launching new products into the market.
* Accurately forecasting future sales and adapting to constant shifts in the marketplace.
* Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
