Labourer (x2) - Roofing Contractor Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Overtime Hours: 8 AM - 1 PM - Paid a Full Shift We are seeking two Labourers to join our roofing contractor team. The ideal candidates will work closely together to assist with moving materials around the site, including using a hoist to safely lift and transport items. This role is perfect for those who enjoy teamwork and hands-on work in a busy construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Working in pairs to operate a hoist and move materials safely and efficiently Assisting the roofing team with daily tasks Ensuring the site remains clean, organized, and safe Supporting tradespeople and other team members Adhering to health and safety standards at all times Requirements: Experience as a Labourer in construction (preferred but not essential) Ability to work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with hoist operation or willingness to be trained Physical fitness and strength for lifting and moving materials A valid CSCS card (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious How to Apply: Please submit your CV or Contact the Bromley Office at RTL Group
