The ideal candidates will use their passion for sales and recruitment to set the pace in all aspects of their role. Specialising in sales within one of their core sectors, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, securing new business, and placing candidates within clients.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client and candidate relationships within a competitive industry.
* Source highly skilled candidates through headhunting, interviewing, and providing quality service.
* Work closely with clients to fill their important vacancies.
* Attend industry events to network and build business development skills.
* Research and map out markets to build your presence within.
* Find talented candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
* Interview candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.
* Sell suitable candidates on the benefits of the current vacancies.
