Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and enhancement of our Vision system, ensuring all features are efficiently tested and meet business needs.
* Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative solutions.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of new features.
* Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify requirements, and maximize the return on investment.
* Provide product knowledge and technical support to internal teams.
* Develop user surveys, training materials, and release notes to educate customers and staff.
* Organize focus groups and gather insights to inform future product developments.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring seamless integration and usability.
Requirements:
* Experience: Product development, Product Ownership, or project management.
* Technical Know-How: Working with developers, delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics operations, drivers' hours rules, vehicle maintenance, training, and compliance.
* Problem Solver: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a knack for process improvement.
* Passion & Drive: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and innovate.
