The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. This is for an experienced candidate with solid book keeping experience
· VAT expert/experience; standard, cash, and partial exemption.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Strong knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process.
· Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
· Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.
· Detailed knowledge to prepare the VAT Return (including partial exemption VAT)
· Knowledge to post the complex journals, payroll journals and intercompany reconciliation.
· Managing filing of documents efficiently both on the system and manually.
· General administrative activities.
Working hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday...
