Are you a dynamic Training Manager, Specialist, or Coordinator ready for a new challenge? We have an exciting role in a leading manufacturing company based in Cookstown Co.Tyrone, focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence through well-trained and competent employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Group Health & Safety training matrix compliance alongside Department Managers.
* Develop and maintain a proactive group functional competency training matrix, addressing current and future skills gaps.
* Coordinate manufacturer training with strategic suppliers and maintain our in-house training suite.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop training media, including video guides for customer and employee training.
* Design internal training plans for Commercial & Operations teams on new equipment.
* Manage the Apprentice Development Program and respond to training gaps identified through customer feedback and internal audits.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in coordinating and delivering training courses aligned with business needs.
* Familiarity with ISO9001 and other relevant standards (preferred).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and project management skills to establish and maintain training programs.
* Ability to develop engaging training materials in collaboration with marketing teams.
* A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen eye for identifying training needs.
* Passionate about contributing to operational excellence through well-trained employees.
