We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our Operations function and play a vital role in managing assurance and operational activities within the PMO. The stakeholder landscape for Sizewell C is complex and the project will face many requests for data, information, and presentation from diverse internal and external parties. The PMO Operations team acts as the hub for managing critical activities across delivery programmes and the finance organisation. In this role as PMO Analyst, you will work closely with the project delivery teams and project stakeholders to support operational efficiency, monitor the effectiveness of the PMO and coordinate robust and proportionate assurance. You will help maintain confidence in the project by delivering consistent Responsibilities: • Supporting day-to-day operational activities within the PMO. • Developing high-quality content, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. • Coordinate internal and external assurance activities, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams. • Monitoring the effectiveness of PMO operations and identify areas for improvement. • Playing a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and updating dashboards, requiring advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise. • Ensuring all teams understand and fulfil their assurance responsibilities effectively. A willingness to learn and natural curiosity around business processes to improve effectiveness. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to engage and coordinate across multiple functions. Skills • A background in Project Management or professional services. • Capability of learning new things and quickly using the learned knowledge to adapt to a complex project environment. • Proficiency with analytical and presenting software particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Sizewell C will occupy the whole of the 4th floor. We are targeting a move in February 2025.This role will be contractually based at 25 Copthall Avenue.
