About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Process Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all business processes meet the highest quality standards. The Quality Process Analyst will focus on identifying inefficiencies, analysing current processes, and recommending improvements to enhance quality, reduce variability, and optimise overall performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, operations, and engineering, to develop and implement effective quality management strategies. Role & Responsibilities will include: Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyse and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies. Develop flowcharts, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency. Use data to evaluate and suggest process improvements. Quality Improvement & Initiatives: Lead quality improvement projects to reduce variability and enhance efficiency. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborate on corrective actions, process modifications, and preventive measures. Data & Reporting: Develop and monitor KPIs to track process quality. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and root causes. Generate reports and dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholders. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001). Support audits by providing relevant process data and documentation. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Training & Documentation: Create and update training materials and SOPs. Deliver training to ensure team adherence to standardised processes. Keep process documentation current with changes and improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across departments to align on quality processes. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication and collaboration. What we’re looking for: Experience in process analysis, quality improvement, or a related role within manufacturing, engineering, or operations. Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. Problem solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software tools.
