We are currently recruiting for a Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team. You will be responsible for accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions and ensuring that valid claims are paid quickly, without unnecessary delay.
To do this, you’ll need to be naturally empathetic, enjoy speaking to people on the telephone, have a good eye for detail, and enjoy multi-tasking. Full training will be provided, and we offer fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Duties and responsibilities of the Claims Support Advisor:
* Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by understanding their needs.
* Resolving disputes with customers, referring to colleagues for advice if needed.
* Accurately recording information.
Experience and knowledge of the Claims Support Advisor:
* Naturally empathetic to a variety of customer needs.
* Effective at conversation management ensuring a personalised journey for each customer.
* High levels of resilience to ensure work is effective and efficient even in times of pressure.
* Focused on the task at hand with attention to detail for accurate claim assessment.
* Proactive in their approach to all aspects of their work.
* First-class verbal and written communication skills.
* Great team player with the ability to contribute positively and support others in times of surge.
* High levels of organisation of both time and workload.
* Proficient computer skills are essential for this role.
