Hours:9am 5.30pm Weekdays. Saturdays on a rota basis forwhich a day in lieu in the week will be given. Saturday hours 9am– 4pm

KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage theentire sales progression process from offer acceptance tocompletion ensuring smooth and timelytransactions.
* Act as the main pointof contact between buyers sellers solicitors and other partiesinvolved in thetransaction.
* Identify and resolveany issues that may arise during the sales process keeping allparties informed andupdated.
* Ensure all requireddocumentation is completed accurately andpromptly.
* Provide regularupdates to clients on the progress of their sales maintaining ahigh level of customerservice.
* Ensure all salesprogression activities comply with relevant legislation andindustrystandards.
* Prepare and presentregular reports on sales progression activities to seniormanagement.
The IdealCandidate:
* A strongunderstanding of the property mortgage and conveyancingprocess.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
* Strong organisationalskills with a keen eye fordetail.
* Ability to work underpressure and manage multiple transactionssimultaneously.
