Assistant Finance Business Partner
Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Summary:
Are you passionate about financial analysis and business performance? As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will support the tracking and analysis of business unit financial performance to aid informed business decisions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyse financial data for project and company performance reviews.
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management.
Assist the FPAM in identifying trends and preparing insightful reports.
Collaborate with operational managers and FPAM to optimise performance, control costs, and improve profitability.
Update monthly forecasting templates and perform data cleansing.
Assist project managers with invoicing queries.
Develop financial models and forecasts with the FPAM's assistance.
Support the finance team with raising invoices and processing customer sales orders when required.
Assist the finance team with any other duties as required.
Manage the finance email account, taking necessary actions.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
AAT level 4, part qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.
Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications.
Attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns.
Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments.
Good organisational skills and ability to improve processes.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to respond promptly to unforeseen events.
