Area Sales Manager
This market-leading automation/security company is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security, CCTV, access control, or data automation—with a strong preference for candidates from the gate automation industry. We are looking for a "hunter" type salesperson with the motivation and drive to secure new business while managing and expanding existing accounts. This role covers the Southwest region, including South Wales, Bristol, Somerset, and Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company's comprehensive range of products and services, leveraging consumer research and a deep understanding of solutions to address specific customer needs.
Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Proactively generate leads, build meaningful relationships, and navigate the sales cycle through daily schedules and customer interactions.
Formulate and execute a territory action plan, analyzing data to refine sales techniques based on field interactions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, showcasing how products align with and fulfill client requirements.
